Stretch wraps or stretch film is an elastic type film that is wrapped around items such as moving boxes or may be used for bundling smaller items.  In pallet unitizing for shipping boxes, either black stretch wrap or clear stretch wrap can have several functions:

• Stabilizes moving packages or mailing packages
• More efficiency in handling and storage with less moisture and dust getting into the boxes
• Moving boxes are more secure from tampering or pilferage.
