Delivery Information
Our moving boxes and moving suppy manufacturing plant and direct-to-consumer warehouses are located in South Florida and Kansas. All estimated delivery times are set by FedEx, UPS or USPS and can be viewed at www.ups.com, www.usps.com and www.fedex.com. To estimate your order of moving boxes and moving supplies delivery date, locate your geographical position from the maps above. Please begin counting with the day after your order is shipped. All deliveries exclude Holidays and weekends. It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order, due to unforseen carrier delays in transport or weather.
Once your shipping supplies order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not, please contact Customer Service, toll free at 1-877-826-9371, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm, EST. Your confirmation provides you with your Order number, should you have any questions. Returns Information
- Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns. A refund for all returned items in their original box counts and full box bundles, will be issued, less a restocking fee based on contents. - A return authorization number (RMA) must be obtain during the 7 day period following date of receipt of shipment. To obtain, please contact us toll free at 1-866-949-0993, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm, EST, or send us an email ecare@notjustboxes.com. - You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, using the carrier of your choice, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to notJustboxes.com. If you choose to use our carrier service for a call tag (pick up), please contact us for the shipping amount you will be refunded less and also the restocking fee. Handling fee of 2.95 is non-refundable. - All moving boxes and moving supplies, must be returned in full box bundles or box counts, in the original box kit packaging. The RMA must be noted on the outside of the returned box for proper credit. - RMAs are valid for only 5 days from issuance. A fee will apply for damaged and missing items. - If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging, notJustboxes.com retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee. - Delays by the carrier, for any reason does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.
Canceling or Re-routing an order Information
We ship Monday - Friday only. If your order of moving boxes and moving supplies has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Customers may cancel by calling 1-877-826-9371 before 4:00PM EST -- If your order is placed after 4pm EST on a Friday or on the weekend, you must cancel by the following Monday by 4pm EST to avoid any shipping and restocking fees. Please have your order number ready for faster, more accurate service. If your order of shipping supplies is in transit and you need to cancel the delivery, there will be a restocking fee and a return shipping charge, per master box to do so. If your order is in transit and you need to re-route the packages, including address corrections and Apartment number changes, Suite number, Unit number, Room number changes, etc... there will be a $15 per package address correction fee. Re-routing of packages will delay shipping to an estimated 1-2 days.
Handling Fee Information
We charge a non-refundable $2.95 handling fee per order to cover our fulfillment costs. |
